Complaints procedure.

OBS Passe-Partout falls under the board of the foundation BOOR. BOOR has a complaints procedure. A short general explanation of the complaints procedure follows. The detailed procedure can be downloaded here.

Since the school year 1998-1999 there is a procedure for complaints for public education in Rotterdam. This is a legal requirement. The goal of this procedure is to garantee careful management of the complaint. Therefore the interests of the complainents involved, as well as that of the school are served (a safe school environment).

Complaints can be about the accompanying of students, the use of punitive measures, the assessments of students, the facilities of the school organisation, sexual intimidation, discriminative behaviour, agression, violence and bullying.
